ABOUT

ABOUT US

We help First Nation communities by managing construction projects. Our goal is to make sure everyone benefits and that our work lasts the test of time. We do this by respecting Indigenous values and traditions.

The Hill Plain Way

Economic development is like a rainstorm. We prepare the ground, plant seeds, and collect water. This helps the land thrive. Your Nation benefits from sustainable projects.

But if rain falls on dry bare land, it washes away.

Usually, Indigenous funds go to non-Indigenous businesses and workers. Our procurement plan changes that and keeps resources on Nation.

Hill Plain gives the Nation control over projects through Design and Procurement phases.

This minimizes rework during construction that results from insufficient consultation during design.

Hill Plain's 4 phase procurement strategy maximizes indigenous opportunities.
